In this special follow-up webinar, we’ll dive into the practical side of building a medical career pathway: how to make the right decisions along the way, how to build professional visibility and influence, and what really stands behind promotion, academic appointments, and leadership roles. The webinar will be delivered by Prof. Amit Segev – Head of the Cardiology Division at Sheba Medical Center (Tel HaShomer), outgoing President of the Israel Heart Society, and Chair of the Appointments Committee at the Gray Faculty of Medicine, Tel Aviv University.
