As part of the collaboration between the Sheba Medical Center Teaching Network and the JIMS Journal

We are pleased to invite you to a first-of-its-kind online course on career development for medical students, as part of the collaboration between the JIMS Journal and the Sheba Medical Center Teaching Network, led by Prof. Gadi Segal and Dr. Reut Shoham.

The course is intended for all Israeli medical students, in Israel and abroad. The goal of the course is to provide initial guidance and encouragement for medical students to engage in research and initiatives alongside their studies. The course will focus on providing practical tools and identifying ways to gain professional experience that will assist in making informed and well-considered decisions throughout one’s career. The course will be delivered by Prof. Gadi Segal and Dr. Reut Shoham.

The course will be conducted online via the ZOOM platform, once a month, between 18:00–19:00.

The course is offered free of charge thanks to full funding provided by the Sheba Medical Center Teaching Network and is subject to prior registration and compliance with the following conditions: full attendance at all sessions and active participation in discussions, including turning on cameras. Registration is conditional upon submission of an application through a designated JIMS form and receipt of registration approval from the journal’s system. The number of available spots is limited in order to maintain the quality and effectiveness of discussions during the sessions.
