Make an Impact on the Future of Medicine

MinDset Ambassador

Help MinDset grow and reach more students. Lead one flagship project a year or provide part-time support under an executive to grow MinDset on campus and abroad. You’ll take real ownership from idea to impact: plan, launch, and measure a project that empowers the next generation of physicians

Our Story:

MinDset is the international center for innovation, leadership, and research for Israeli medical students—built by students, for students. Our mission is to equip participants with the skills to drive meaningful changes in healthcare. MinDset also proudly publishes the Journal of Israeli Medical Students (JIMS), showcasing groundbreaking research and promoting academic excellence.

What you’ll do:

• Own one scoped project (or a defined support track): e.g., campus meetup or skills workshop, micro-course for the Academy, partner activation, JIMS author/reviewer session, research club kickoff, mentorship/exchange drive, or a content series.

• Plan and execute: set goals and timeline, coordinate logistics and comms, and deliver a crisp run-of-show.

• Collaborate with an executive sponsor (COO/CDO for events; CMO/CIO for international & outreach; CPO for Academy content; EIC for JIMS) and give short monthly updates in Monday.com.

• Promote and recruit participants through your campus/community; capture outcomes (attendance, feedback, photos/short recap).

• Close the loop with a brief post-mortem and handoff so others can reuse what you built.

• Represent MinDset professionally; uphold the code of conduct, inclusion, and safety basics.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current MD/DMD (or combined: MD/PhD, MD/MPH, MD/MBA, etc.); ≥1 year to graduation (≥2 preferred).

• Fluent English. Clear communicator; reliable and proactive.

• Organized, hands-on, and comfortable running small events or campaigns (or eager to learn).

• Team player who can commit ~3–5 hrs/week on average, with short peaks around your event or deliverable.

It will be awesome if you have:

• Design/content skills (Canva, Illustrator/Photoshop); experience with AI design/video tools.

• Social media copywriting or community management.

• Partnerships/outreach or sponsorship basics.

• Experience in student clubs, volunteering, or peer teaching.
