Welcome from the CEO

Dear Visitors,

Welcome to MinDset. It’s a privilege to share our story and the vision that inspires us daily.

My journey with this organization began at JIMS (Journal of Israeli Medical Students), where I served as Chief Editor. In December 2021, after publishing our first issue, I transitioned into the CEO role. Since then, our mission has grown beyond publishing—we’ve launched professional courses, hosted impactful workshops, and built a thriving community of students and professionals driven to grow, learn, and lead.

At its heart, MinDset is about creating opportunities for students to ask deeper questions, for professionals to share their knowledge, and for all of us to collectively advance healthcare and medical education. It’s a space where research, innovation, and collaboration converge, and I’m proud to see our vision come to life with every step forward.

Meaningful change starts with a shift in MinDset—a willingness to embrace new ideas, challenge old assumptions, and envision a better future for healthcare and education.
